Simultaneously no, and yes. It's one of them. It sucks, but it is what it is. 

I've met with a couple of good mates tonight, and that's helped massively. 

I'd forgotten how brutal a breakup can be. I'm sure it's worse when it's amicable like this has been.

Probably too much info shared. But sod it, life feels numb and surreal right now.
