Promising the earth, dog whistling and playing to the gallery.

But when reality kicks in and real decisions have to be made.......imagine this swivel eyed lot in government.

Yes, clearly and anyone that can’t see that is a moron to be honest.

In your opinion (and I wouldn't vote for either of them)

It's not an opinion to highlight that anyone who saw the Brexit damage and bullshit and went on to think 'these guys sound like honest down to earth people that can solve all of our problems' are morons.

The voters seem to think differently given they are 10 points or more ahead of other parties in the polls

Just because the majority think it doesn’t mean they’re right….. Brexit.

and, yes, Reform can and will be far worse than this Labour government. Whilst I agree Labour are struggling, they’re at least reasonably stable and pursuing some sensible policies. If you believe it can’t be worse, look across the Atlantic where an increasingly despotic government is feeding a nation outright lies (tylenol…), disrupting democratic process (just look at the NYC mayoral race and Trump’s interference) meanwhile crashing its own economy but consolidating more wealth into the pockets of a small group of billionaire whilst driving inflation across the board, is cutting services both medical and supporting to those who need the most support in society (something Reform is already doing within the councils it controls, check out Derby currently…), is actively detaining without trial its own citizens and people who have lived there 30 years due to a minor infraction over a decade ago…

All of this is just the tip of the iceberg, whilst press and individual freedoms are being constrained more and more every day - if you think Labour are that bad, then wake the hell up.

we have to break free of this generalisation that “all are as bad as each other” - it leads to the type of belief that Labours incompetence is in anyway as bad as the outright chaos that a fucking Reform, or Reform influenced Tory government would bring. Give me a decade of Starmer over 10 minutes of Farage.

The tastes of the great British public is no barometer

I give you countless shite no 1s in the pop charts, volumes of the sun and daily mail sold, the shite that tops ratings on the telly.

Because it's popular don't make it right.
