What is the deal with him?

Getting him on the pitch would make us a better team.

Has he an injury or does Mason not fancy him.

If it is the former, it's strange that he has been available for the bench for some time, but is getting very few minutes.

We are asking a lot of Heggebo, he seems to be playing every minute. In a couple of weeks we start a series of midweek games, it seems unsustainable to me that he can continue this workload.

Yes. It’s confusing.
I like Heggebo and one of the biggest bonuses last night was his goal as it’ll take some pressure off him.
I think we’d all love to see him and Maja together.
Mason is finding his feet and the side will evolve.
We have to stay patient, but a fit Maja should be figuring more often than he is.

The commentator stated last night that the medical team had signed him off but the player himself didn’t think he was ready, whatever that means. I would rather we were patient with him but we need him playing

We should certainly be accommodating both Maja and Heg in home games against teams who will sit back and defend.

We don’t need a defensive minded full back, 2 defensive midfielders and Wallace at home against those sides. Pick some players that will hurt the opposition.

I think this has happened before with Maja, with respect to him not thinking he’s ready to play. I just hope he gets that’s confidence back because I think we need him

I’d like to see Maja and Heggebo start, only thing is it might mean pushing Price wide as Maja tends to drop deep.

To be fair, every Monday morning I’m signed off as fit to work but often declare myself unready.

The workshy bastard.

That's pretty uncalled for to be honest.

Maja has more application and positive attitude in his toenail that Sick Vic every had.

Haha yes only having an arf.

Have been told by an ex Everton youth player that Sick Vic would go as far as to drop things on his own foot to avoid having to actually play!
