Clean sheets

There's your issue.

We score goals but don't keep clean sheets.

I find this surprising as we got rid of all the bad eggs in defence and are now far better equipped in this area.

I agree, the irony is, I feel comfortable watching us in general play.

If you have zero penetration and can't move the ball forward or do anything productive with it, in the end the opposition will seize on the inevitable time when you lose the ball to score. Happened against Derby, happened tonight.

We don't score goals, look at the teams around us, 11,9,12,8,15.... Us on 7 from mostly 1 less game. There's your problem. 1 goal a game is not enough to do bollocks all.

We score goals.

We've played 7 games this season, and failed to score in one of those.

It's clean sheets and sloppy defending that's the issue.

No creativity no cutting edge its been like it for as many seasons as I can remember apart from our Brazilian king ....I just cant understand why we didnt solve this problem when everyone could see what was needed .

They've all got better defences too, as if there are different aspects to what make a successful football team.

It's almost as if creative and attacking players cost money...

Let's not forget we're battling with PSR. Unfortunately we need to be patient. We're heading in the right direction.

Mate, I like you, but 1 goal a game is not good enough. It wasn't good enough under CC, it's not good enough now.

We're mid table at best, it's our self proclaimed fate, get used to it.
