I don't think major changes are needed, but I wouldn't start Wallace, I'd give Gilchrist a go at right back, I'd try Maja from the start, and drop Mowatt or Molumby.

You have to use your squad as a Manager, particularly when you've lost a couple on the bounce.

What have you seen from Gillchrist to justify the opinion that he should be starting?!

As good as Campbell was at Stoke he's terrible on the ball (fair enough he's a cb out of position) and it caused us huge problems tonight. Gilchrist I believe is also a very defensive player, possibly better suited to RCB in a 3.

I haven't seen anything of him yet, but I think we need a more natural full back at home, as we need to take the initiative more. When Campbell gets past the half way line, he looks like a centre half playing at full back.
