Jed.

I genuinely thought he'd died years ago. Top actor.

RIP, I also thought he was long gone.

Top actor of the progressive new wave generation 60's / 70's actors.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, still an absolute classic.

RIP Robert.

Three Days of the Condor is absolutely top-notch. One of a raft of paranoid conspiracy thrillers in the early 70’s and probably the best. Faye Dunaway also nearly gets her kit off.

Happy childhood memorial of watching The Sting at the pics with my parents along with the other aforementioned classics on tv.
RIP Robert.

A proper big Hollywood superstar, who anyone with even the slightest knowledge of the silver screen will realise. A heartthrob for the mums of the 1970s and 80s, along with Newman.
Always seemed a nice guy too.
Rest easy RR, you made a big contribution to 20th century culture and will be remembered as one of the greats.

Aaah, the halcyon days where that was enough.
