Rhyming Ratings
#1
Griffiths (5) - Spectator largely - if their goal were art it’s Jackson Pollock’s;
Campbell (5) - Probably a little tired, distribution bollocks.
Phillips (7) - Mopped up well all day, at the result can feel aggrieved;
Mepham (6.5) - Another not to blame for somehow we underachieved.
Styles (5) - Busy afternoon, should feel blessed at just a booking;
Mowatt (5) - Did not impose enough for me, maybe needed hooking.
Molumby (7) - Industrious and everywhere, quite sad he hit the bar,
Price (6) - If talent is a cleavage, show it - ditch the wonderbra.
MJ (6) - Huffed and puffed without much joy, asked insufficient questions
Wallace (5) - Sometimes wonder if this lad should simply draw his pension.
Hedgehog (5) - Yes he works hard, yes that’s great, but lost in their lad’s pocket
Subs (4) - Far too late to go to space when Ryan misfueled the Rocket.

Mason (4.5) - From where I sat, this all looked so predictable to me. With tougher fixtures coming up we must have a plan B.

Ratings- no one was poor but if teams park the bus then you need something a little special and we do not have that player.

I’d say that’s fair enough. We lacked that bit of magic today in the final third, and were undone by an old fashioned smash-and-grab. Eustace will be delighted.
