Following on from Lisbon…. Now you’re talking, fantastic city!

Just polished off a francesinha sandwich and a pint of Superbock and I wanted to cry when it was finished.

Who’d have thought a sandwich of thick toasted bread, beef steak, pork steak, chorizo, spicy sausage, ham with melted cheese and a fried egg on top, served on french fries and covered in a spicy beer and tomato sauce could be so delicious.

Perfect before drinking for 12 hours afterwards.

Sounds like something you’d get for free by finishing it.

Been to Portugal twice this year, grub sounds fabulous but I'm in team Sagres when it comes to the beer!

Sagres is a nice pint but it’s better suited to drinking in the sun IMO, you can tell it’s from the south and Super Bock a bit less refreshing and more flavourful… but both decent beers!

I genuinely feel like I could down 10 pints and drive home…

I can’t rule out going back and having another one tomorrow night Big Grin

Was there for a stag earlier in the year... Genuinely one of the best cities in Europe.

I couldn't get on board with the soggy butty though  Big Grin

Hugely underrated city based on what I’ve seen so far… my ex was from here and always said how great it was but we never got round to visiting together!

You’d be all over it if you checked out the fugging macros lad…

If he checked the macros he wouldn't eat again for a week.
