Following on from the top 6 bottom 3 predictions thread one poster said RM would leave his post in January. I also fear he won't see the season out with us. So what's the consensus?

I don't want an educated guess, gut feel is what I'm after to pass the time until Saturday when we may really have something to moan about!!

Bruce was given 13 games of the season he tried to relegate us. Mowbray was given 17 games and he was just as bad.

With that in mind I can't see any movement before the end of October, potentially pre-Christmas unless we're completely hopeless at the bottom of the league.

For no reason whatsoever, I'm mildly optimistic about our chances and think he's got something about him.

That's a bit bleak! I'm keeping an open mind for the time being. The league means that top 6 may be a struggle this year + this being the final year of our PSR gloom means he may have more leeway than most. Plus, Nestor needs this to be a success.
