Aye Godden was one of my first Albion heroes but fugg me like many of our keepers he couldn’t take a fuggin cross. I’d still kill for a genuine keepers shirt from that era, dark green with no ponce as it should be

Now under the ownership of The Soho Tavern across the road. Tony and Carl ran it when I used to pop in. Was popular with members of the local constabulary. Needless to say there were plenty of lock ins.
