Haven't caught any of the games this time around, but I always enjoy the women's football.

The key is to go into it expecting a completely different game to the men's game. It's less physical, and more technical, it is a slower tempo, and yes, the GK's are, in general, awful. But there's plenty of quality to be found, and the absence of play-acting and time wasting, which adds to the flow of the game.

What time is KO, and what's the equation?

Started at 17:00 (BBC1), currently 0-0. Need to win I think as a draw would need Wales to beat France later (no chance).

Draw - Win by more than 3 against Wales and France beat Holland by 2 or more then they'd go through.

What I meant by the more technical is the flow of the game. Because it's less physical I think that really brings out the technical side of the game. It makes for a good watch.

It’s not more technical, it’s much slower so the technique looks better and less rushed.

I’d be interested in watching ELs play someone like Halesowen or Stourbridge Town to see whether the technical ability (which I’d say is probably better than the men at that level) outweighs the physicality.
