Did Simon & Glynis ditch the Albion?

He’s now editor of the Hereford Fanzine

Went back to being more non league orientated many moons ago. I think - but only from what I’ve been told - they became disillusioned with the same things many people have about aspects of the modern professional game. Think they relaunched that fanzine a fair while back.

Great fanzine back in the day it was, some classics.

The greatest admiration I had was for the pair of them sat flogging it outside the John Ireland stand (as was) prior to an away game at Molineux

No.

Up until it's closure they were in the Wagon before every match. Simon has always had involvement with Hereford.

Last time spoke to Simon (before Covid I think) Glynis was not well and couldn’t get to games. I guess Simon didn’t want to come without her so reverted to his first love Hereford.

Still got some of them. Great stuff. And Last Train To Rolfe Street.

Loved a fanzine back in the day.

Living away, GD was top drawer. Always enjoyed a lunchtime look at Sportpages just off St Anne’s Square

Also living up north, GD was a real life saver.
Hard to remember, but I was also so dependent on newspaper clippings from a friend of my dad's back in Great Barr.
Very grateful to all those enthusiasts.
