As football goes…

…we only need (at the time of posting) one glory-entitled Claret and Honk side to beat another, and then they don’t get much better.

1) We won, convincingly, in a home match against - yes - poor opposition, but they were on top and centered more before Mowatt squeezed in the first which had some real pace on it. After that, it gave licence for 3 (so-far) seeking misfits to suggest to a better manager a ‘this is who we are’ claim (I’d gladly let one or two of them go, however - Corberan isn’t totally to blame).

But, a fabulous reminder and blast-from-the-past of what a capable midfield can do.

2) Dingles lost.

3 and by a mile) My lad got his first today and was also MOTM. I am as proud as punch.

If the World Cup winners pinch a couple of goals out of somewhere soon then football flipped the bitch on Carlsberg and then went back for more.

Thanks. My daughter cared nothing for it when we came home. Mocking it almost.

It’s a real shame as she can really kick a football. Tall cow.

No complaints here. Thank you. Most of what I want is for Jed Wallace to find where he lost his legs again, just for one last season.

Mate, with my 6 year old I don’t get to watch any football until she goes to kip. Might as well cancel bloody Sky
