Palms- 6 slow, slow and slow and kicking the ball out from either a goal kick or when he receives a back pass, it’s fucking terrible to watch.
Heggo- 7 class act
Furlong-6 lost his man for Stokes opener, lost the ability to throw it long?
Stylo-7 all over the pitch, unlucky to be booked
Holgate-5 simply awful
MJ- 7 flashes of brilliance, flashes of shit, good assist
Mowlatt-6 looks like he’s going need a couple of games to get back you upto speed.
Fellows-8 he bossed the 2nd half, unlucky not to score
Moly-7 all action display, pity he can’t finish!
Diang-6 goal and nutmeg aside he was anonymous
Grant-7 tried hard, can’t fault his application
Wallace-6 poor
Cole-4

Cole a 4 after being on the pitch for 4 minutes?
Agree about Palmer being a 6 as he had nothing to do, but the criticism of his distribution today is laughable.

How can you give Cole 4 when he was on the pitch for only 3 minutes?

We didn’t fanny about playing out at the back today as much as we have. Palmer was under clear instruction to play longer than in recent weeks and was more pensive in his kicking as a result (from where I was sitting at least). He did little wrong today.

Wallace was abysmal and contributed nothing. In fairness Cole achieved as much as Wallace in the three minutes he was on. Not sure how you can rate on so much above the other.

I thought Furlong had a rare shocker. Let his man go on occasions and terrible passing. A real off day for him.

What did Holgate do wrong? The goal conceded was down to Furlong and our defence restricted them to no other chances for pretty much the whole 90 minutes. Insane agenda

Palmer 6
Furlong 5
Holgate 6
Heggem 6
Styles 6

Molumby 6
Mowatt 7

Fellows 6.5
Grady 6.5
Johnston 8

Grant 5.5

Subs
Wallace was a very generous 4

Nothing wrong with palmers kicking today I totally agree, some have an agenda on his kicking it’s not that bad.

Agreed. No worse than any other keeper at this level that is instructed to play the same way.
