Other clubs' fans on Mogga's return

I thought I'd add further to the enthusiasm and goodwill pile-on, so I've copied and pasted some comments below posted by other clubs' fans in response to this BBC Sport article on him rejoining us:

"Great news. Blackburn fan he did great at Rovers promoted from L1 and then play off contention with minimal financial support. More importantly delighted Mogga is on the mend health wise"

"Welcome back to football Tony. A Boro legend and loved by every Boro fan"

"Great news that he's back, what a top class fella. Blackburn fan"

"Good Luck Big Man! You’re always welcome at Ewood"

"Great to see you back in management Tony. Thank you for your efforts at Birmingham City last season. I hope you steer the Baggies to success"

"A very good manager and an even better man. Wishing him the very best from a Rovers fan"

"Good appointment, was brilliant at Sunderland. Hope he is back to full health, lovely man"

"Just watched the Boro podcast with Mogga on. Wish you all the best at WBA and with your health. An absolutely lovely man"

"One of the purest folks on the planet, he's been so upbeat on media lately, so glad he's broke the back of it and got back into football. Doing something you adore heals wounds better than anything. Up the Boro, Baggies are gonna fly with Mogga in charge"

"Without a doubt Blues would not have been relegated last season if TM had not fallen ill. Outstanding to see him back and wish him and the Baggies all the best until they (probably) play us next season"

"Best of Luck Mogga from a Celtic fan. Top guy"

"Delighted to see Mogga recovered and back managing. He was a brilliant manger at BRFC. Loved him that much I’m still drinking from a cup with him on it!"

"Nice to hear some good news for a change. Always a hero at Portman Rd. Hope he finds success with the Baggies"

"Smashing news, a gentleman, so glad you are back to full health. Wish him and WBA success… from a QPR fan"

"As a Sunderland fan, it’s great to see Uncle Tony back in football. It was a pleasure to have him as manager and I wish him all the best"

"Always had a lot of time for Mowbray, honest in interviews and the kind of guy you want to play for. Great to see him back, good luck to the Baggies. Saints fan"

Had a look on small heath alliance in their 'Uncle Tony' thread. Some seal-level delusion going on there!

Thought the same. Particularly enjoyed the post bashing us for having ideas above our station a couple of lines ahead of talking about how they'll take Fellows and Johnston off us as they pass us. Rich from a club that's literally never troubled the scorers when you compare our history and theres. Yank money has gone to a few heads in B9 it seems.

I agree - No problem with Tony Mowbray. A great manager. But Albion? Full of their own self entitlement, same as all of our local rivals (bar Walsall of course). A horrible club, who seem to pride themselves on "getting on well with Blues". Well they can eff off. I can't bear them. I'd love them to freefall and end up at the bottom of League 2 forever.

Ouch. Still smarting over that Andi Weimann goal last season, I see.

Last game of the season against Preston, once it was very, very clear that we would be winning at a canter. I turned my full attention to following the Blues match and cackling once it was it was joyfully clear that they were finally being relegated, like a mighty flush finally carrying away a stubborn turd.

It always does. It happened when Trevor Francis and the Porn Barons were at the club. I have no idea who they think they are, there are several clubs in the Championship alone who have a more impressive history than they have.

On the other hand this is the opinion of idiots on the internet and the vast majority of Bues fans I've met are actually sound.
