Genuinely excited for tomorrow.

A special man at a special club.

It was meant to be.

I was keen when he was first mentioned, now it's happened. I'm actually excited.

I've enjoyed his teams since leaving us, and he has developed so much as a head coach that I think this is a perfect fit for both parties right now.

Mowbray is one of my favourite Albion managers along with Ossis, sir Gary, Atkinson first time, Giles and Roy.
But I never realised just how much I liked Mogga until I listened to that Slaven interview with him. All he has been though losing your 1st Wife so young., then contacting that awful disease what is cancer, his fight to get though the last 9 months and now coming back to the Albion where his English managerial career began. He has lost none of his enthusiasm for the game his passion is second to none. I will tomorrow probably have a small tear in my eye as I applaud a great manager and an even greater man.
I admit he wasn’t my first choice, but to be honest he will galvanise our club better than any Wicky,or Cooper or hake simply because of what he achieved here last time and because of all the respect he will get from Players, coaches, all the inside staff and especially us the fans. For me it’s welcome back Tony.

Strange how things pan out. I admit..i fancied a new young coach with fresh ideas etc..i get how some think this is a bit of an appointment going over old ground etc. But i feel he's safe hands..knows the league etc. Ive been thru what he has re his first wife..its awful. I"ll never get over it. He gave us some great moments. I was there with my 2 young kids at the time.. Southampton home game....and my wife. Such great memories. Yes its all sentiment..doesnt mean we are gonna have any sort of success . But it makes me feel good from days gone by. I wish him all the best..and hope its good for our club too.

My main fear is him ruining his legacy with the club.

We are at such a delicate crossroads. I hope it works.

Fwiw. The interview on YouTube was a joy and I hope he still has the drive and passion for the battle, Nd he can put together a really important and well rounded coaching team.

Come on Tomo!!!!!
