Absolutely.  I think what he achieved in that under performling bunch of twats he inherited at ours, post Pardew, was something special. Almost kept us up. 

Then the next season he got us our best players, 
When some of those had better options, (Gayle, Barnes). Big Dave, I hope he becomes a great manager but I'm sure,if not he'll always be employed. Because he is an asset to anyone.
