It would, but the club didn’t care. I find it really annoying that we blew a great chance through pure apathy.

Just seen what you posted now, which was at most a couple of minutes before me as there was heaps of posts going on post match.Easy mistake as it was buried in the bottom of the 2nd page. I congratulate you if it makes you happy and perhaps you can get copyright.

Worth adding that Pompey had a wage bill on a par with some of the top 4 after ‘Arry was given a free role with the chequebook and Wigan got relegated and have been in League One since.

Granted the day out would be great, but it doesn’t usually end well for clubs of our size!
