Can’t remember his name but the cretin who broke Maja at their place and somehow didn’t get sent off could have a real bearing on our season. Wallace tried hard last night as our only option in that false 9 but god we needed someone who could hold the thing up and get us up the pitch. May well have won us the game. I can’t really recall another season in my memory where we have been denuded of all our striking options. Yes we’ve had some dreadful centre forwards over the years but at least we’ve been able to get them on the pitch. It’s quite remarkable the continuing miracles Corberan is performing to keep us up there. And the performances of the squad of course. Most likeable bunch of players we’ve had up here in a long time.

Ballard was it?
Horrendous tackle, scandalous that it wasn't punished at the time.

Last night wasn't just about up front, for me the whole midfield were bad. None of them had a clue how to hold it up, they tried some quick fancy passes and more often than not the receiver had no chance of getting to it or keeping it. Our choice of passing last night was awful, except for maybe 10 - 15 minutes.
