Secondly, what's the chances of the powers that be digging up the, seemingly defunct, "retrospective ban" cronies? Should we be worried?

No - the retrospective aspect doesn’t apply to things like handball.

It was good, but one I'd expect him to make.

Not a chance. If they do that, I demand we get our game at Blues replayed following the award of their penalty that wasn't.

The premier league will insist on a 9 match ban and a 12 point deduction. as they don’t want the likes of us just visiting for the money Big Grin

There won't be a ban but we'll have to agree to pay a fine that villa can then offset against their FFP loss calculations using the 'agreed' formula.
