Saw it on Friday. It was very complicated and think some signposting captions at times would have helped. Most people I know who have seen it have said this.
Cillian Murphy was excellent.
He’ll be one of the super elite movie stars now for sure.

Agreed.  An hour too long.  Messy for the first hour switching time lines and with too many narratives mixing between his personal and professional life which slowed down the story instead of moving it on. 

No clear indication what the investigative panel was about until the end, by which time by ass was numb and I had cramp in my calves. 

And no timeline links as Spandau says, into what year each scene was taking place in, and its context re the progress of WW II.  

What is it with films these days where all Americans mumble?

My son (aged 26) went to watch Op and said it was dull and he wished he’d watched barbie instead. 

He said people watching were bored and were chatting throughout the film.
