The parking charge monitoring company. Absolute fuckers. I was at an outdoor shopping park a couple of weeks ago and in the mail today I receive a parking charge for the driver "leaving the site", when no one left the site! So they give you a link to the "evidence", I thought this should be good.......

I typed in the url for the link of evidence of the "offence" and it's just a bunch of photos of the car (with fake time stamps, unless you can take multiple photos from completely different angles all at the same second).

That's not evidence of anything, just photos of a car.

Absolute chancers. I assume they do it in the hope that enough of the public just get spooked and pay the fine, but there's no way in hell they can prove anything.

Had the same when picking up my daughter after Reading festival. They claimed it was a penalty for using out of hours but fortunately some nice fella had posted a picture of the sign at the entrance to the site and it mentions nothing of it. Send ‘em all the evidence and no doubt will be overturned.

Are they local authority? If not just ignore them it costs them far more to chase you than what they would get back

This isn't what I did, but they are alleging that I used the facility but then left the facility and came back.

However I stayed on site the whole time

These should be defended by the vehicle keeper/owner. never admit to being the driver.
You can find good advice on MSE forums. driving/parking tickets
