No - repayment of it now guaranteed by WBA Holdings.  What that means is that it hasn’t evaporated and will be repaid when Holdings sells its 88% shareholding.

No.  It will be the shares of the new clean intermediate holding company in Jersey which will be sold by Holdings when Yunyai sell. A buyer won’t want to buy Holdings.
