Of the many miracles Carlos has been responsible for since his arrival one of the most impressive has been helping our lot rediscover the bollocks they've been lacking for a good few years now.

A few recent examples:

Finding late winners against Blackpool and Sunderland;
That 92nd minute equaliser at Chesterfield;
Coming from 2-0 to win away at Luton;
Closing out narrow wins against Reading and QPR without too much drama;
Recovering from a disappointing result at Coventry to go on another winning run;

Safe to say none of the above would have happened pre-Corbs, long may it continue.

He’s pretty big on mindset.

Football is in the mind as much as it’s on the pitch

Actually getting into the top 6 unlike last season when we seemed to lose every game where we could have moved into the Play Offs.

This is true for basically all sport.

Good post Duffers with fine examples of the mindset that has been instilled.

In all walks of life it is all about mindset and resilience and especially in top level sport.

It's all about having that winning edge and never giving up and when things go bad then dusting yourself off and getting on with it again.

Compare this to Bruce's tenure and it's like night and day. Generally we were a goal down in 15 minutes and by the end the confidence was shot to ribbons. Even games we dominated we couldn't win.
