I can't quite get my head around how much decent coaching makes. It's ridiculous, really.

Having a style of play also helps, as in players having a clue and being played to their strengths also helps a lot

The improvement he’s made in our fullbacks is so impressive. Both Furlong and Townsend were tremendous today and have been for weeks.

Molumby, Yokuslu, O’Shea and Phillips have all massively improved under him too.

It’s all about leadership. Having a vision, having clear defined ways of achieving it, building a culture. Carlos is a proper leader.

It's a solid system. everyone knows their job and we press. 

There's opponent analysis and a game-plan to address that. 

A point at Burnley would be great,  then Asante and Grant will be back and hopefully we'll have a couple of quality loans in.
