So many on here blew a gasket when he went to Stoke. So glad we didn't go down that route. Patently obvious that 3 years of virtual inactivity would have dulled his skills and with age a factor he is nothing more than a part time division 1 player at best.

We really should have been using him from the bench as opposing defenders tire. Give them something different to think about along with giving him and our other academy players to aim for.

From what I saw of Cleary in his recent cameo he'll cause difficulties for defences in much the same way as BTA, raw and unpredictable.
