Watford's strikeforce

Dennis gone to Forest. Sarr to Villa. Is Joao Pedro still there? (Newcastle bound I think).

With Sarr signing for Villa does that make Archer available for loan?

Sarr is a winger and Archer is a striker, so probably not.

Villa don’t really need Sarr. Too similar to Coutinho and Buendia.

Ings and Watkins for the striker role.

Archer won’t get much game time.

Watford have some money to play with and will be after a striker or 2 now. Probably pushes us further down the line.

Looked like Sarr played up front against us

Not his natural position though, he’s predominantly a winger.

Up front, as in nearest to the halfway line.

They’ve got Leon Bailey too who Gerrard seems utterly unable to find a use for… pretty sure they still have Bertrand Traore and El-Ghazi kicking around.

Villa and Gerrard a match made in heaven, both think signing players is the only way to improve things.

Did Coutinho get dropped yesterday? Villa fans have turned on him.
