I know it's not quite the same, but I bought tickets recently, and they were electronic tickets, there was an option to 'upgrade' to a souvenir ticket for an extra £10.
£10 to print and post a paper ticket? Fuck off.

Bought tickets for Boro yesterday by phone and was quoted just the price for the tickets.
