Really highlights that the priorities of the people choosing the Tory leader seem to be well out of whack with what the actual priorities are with respect to running the country.

Remember that in 2019 46% of Tory party members would have been happy for Farage to be PM. And then there's the poll below. These loons have no concept of real-life, they're just stuck in a festering bog of ideology.

They are now UKIP / English Nationalist party, is it any wonder their members prioritises and outlook on life are out of whack with what is best for the country.

What about Stewart Lewis for PM.
In an IPSOS poll 12% said they knew a great deal or a fair amount about this candidate. Just as well I am very sceptical about polling.

Although she's quite far to the right on many things. She seems to be focussing on securing the vote of the younger, lower middle classes, which I class myself to be these days. Her tax threshold rises online with inflation for low and middle earners and her vat cut on fuel at the pump are 2 very deliverable and realistic interventions for the working person to benefit from.
