For what he achieved when he was with us previously, then yes.

Erm, he had the biggest budget in the league the season we went up and apart from Stoke the division was very weak. The season before with arguably again the best or second best resources we failed to gain promotion. He has since then got relegated from the Prem, walked away to Celtic where he came second in a two horse race and now bobbles around in the Championship. His managerial career is worse than Pulis, Bruce and Allardyce. Megson is the only manager who performed miracles and can be described as a footballing messiah.

If he took the job this time he sadly wouldn't have the likes of Gera, Phillips, Kamara, Miller, Mozza, Brunt, Koren, Greening, Teixeira etc....to call upon.

Woah woah woah
Most mediocre midfield in the world.
We’ve got Liver and Mowatt
And Darnell to throw it
And Grady who wants to go home.

Still like Mowbray,he’s done a really good job at building Blackburn back up and can leave with his head held high. For all fans say there’s no good managers out there,it’s utter garbage. It’s trying to find the right one that’s key, which brings me on to Rooney who could be available soon.Out of all the names he’d be at the top of the list and that includes having Dyche on it.The big draw for me isn’t Rooney ,it’s having a top coach in Rosenior working at our club.

WR has been incredible since the insolvency and I like LR - but he is still too much of a gamble for me given our situation.

Bruce sounds more likely to stay - but if he did go it’s Farke Dyche or Bielsa (if we could get him).  Leeds were in a similar place to us when they got him, FWIW
