Messed his career up. Every dodgy dealings with his agent best mate from school James Featherstone I think. Was trying to force all our decent kids to sign up with him by saying they wouldn't get a chance of progressing to the first team if they didn't. We nearly lost Jude because of this. That's why Monk got sacked, nothing to do with results. Similar stories from his time at Boro.
Cotterill is just arrogant, aggressive and unlikeable.
