I was disappointed when he returned yesterday. I think Angela Rayner would have made far better use of the questions than just asking BJ if he was going to resign. Wasn't he always going to say no to that?
Starmer could've asked whether Johnson instructed his staff to send the email, or was aware of the email before he went to the "work do" or whether he instructed his staff to make arrangements for the party, or was aware of arrangements being made. If the answer is yes, then he's essentially guilty under joint enterprise - if he answers no then he'd better hope the paper trail is crap and individuals' recollections are hazy. Why Starmer didn't ask this is beyond me.
As for the Ginger Fishwife from Eccles, her appeal is exceptionally limited KKC and is more likely to elicit sympathy for Boris.
