I bet MP's have wasted yet more valuable time bickering about a get together that a good percentage of the nation were probably doing themselves, rather than discussing real issues that need addressing.
I understand the uproar, to an extent, but there really are more important issues than BJ having wine and cheese with his toffy mates.
I'm sick of hearing and reading about politicians petty point scoring, and behaving like spoilt children over nominal issues, that don't really matter, rather than serving the country and actually doing what they're paid to do.
I've got little time for the majority of Parliament. They're all as bad as each other.
Crass argument, tell those who couldn’t see their dying relatives that it doesn’t matter. They obeyed the rules that those who made them didn’t. Those hiding behind the excuse ‘they’re all as bad as each other’ are for whatever reason playing / watering down the lack of standards this government is showing in public office.
