Callum Morton loan to Peterborough

I'm with GzBaggy, if Morton is potentially good enough to play Champ football, what the point in sending him out. It's not as if we have an abundance of strikers, should give the lad a gew. He's banged in a few goals so knows where the net is.

A tactical error here by Val IMO.

Clearly we have new strikers signing, and possibly Clearey.  Morton won’t get a look in this season (which is why he and Tulloch need to go out to get experience at the right levels for them)

what happens if he starts scoring for Peterborough and our "strikers" perform as they have done all season?

Then he will fire us to mid table in the Chump next season.
