Marinated with:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Squeezed Lemon Juice
Garlic Puree
Chilli Flakes

Whack in oven on hot for 35 minutes. I like my Chicken fried hard fool!

I may fry some left over spuds with rosemary as well, if she's around. Hopefully a quiet day and not having to rescue a heifer from the river - took ages to get the silly moo out. Good swimmer though.

Bit harsh on your missus. I’m sure she didn’t mean to go into the river Big Grin

Double frying chicken wings is the way to go, be told.

Deep fry at a medium oil temp for a few minutes and then whack it up high and flash crisp.

For chicken wings, once cooked, add to a bowl of prepared runny honey and sriracha Thai sauce (50:50 mix). Lovely.

I found them surprisingly crap at beating a drum with, might try removing the rest of the chicken first next time around (chicken drumsticks).

Don’t add honey to the marinade as it will burn whilst cooking. By all means, marinade with the other ingredients and finish the last 2 or 3 minutes with honey. Or do the honey early and have burnt acrid sugar on your chicken if you prefer it like that
