Henderson - Probably

The three other English keepers playing regularly are Johnstone, Ramsdale and Darlow.

Sadly for SJ I fear association with the worst defence in the league will do for him. Plus Ramsdale is the current U21 keeper, so would probably be seen as the next choice.

Wouldn’t agree with it, but that’s how I see it happening.

Darlow been dropped last month and Ramsdale is not in the same league as Johnstone. Pickford now been replaced.

Doesn’t matter if we think Johnstone is better than Ramsdale. He’s the U21 keeper and if Southgate needs a quick and easy backup he knows where to look.

We know SJ has been great this season, but someone who hasn’t been paying close attention will see a keeper who has conceded 60 odd goals already.

Exactly, didn’t think what I was saying was that hard to grasp...

Southgate will know more about Ramsdale via the U21s than he will of Johnstone this season.
