They also have a clear progression to the first team for their youth players and a bloody good scouting system.... granted that team took a hiatus for a while under Pellegrino but for the most part their transfers have been very strong of late, and they seem to be able to actually buy players that suit what they need.

Diallo, Walker-Peters, Salisu and Walcott cost about what we paid for Grant and Grady, and would have solved our issues at centrehalf, right back, central midfield and up top!
