Probably pointless now but think I would play Peltier there. Yes he isn’t good enough but may prove to be marginally better than the out of position rookie O’Shea whose confidence is shot or the abysmal Furlong.

O'Shea looked far better at CB than he does at RB and repeatedly playing him there to get ransacked every game is surely stunting his development in his proper position. Peltier will do until the end of the season.

I feel a bit sorry for Furlong. I thought he was pretty good in the Championship but his natural game is more of a wing back and he likes to get forward. We don't play to his strengths and even if we did, the fact that we are the weakest team in the division means he needs to do a lot more defending that he is really capable of. Like O'Shea, a round hole in a unfortunately square peg.
