I’d take a gamble on him if the wages weren’t too bad.

Getting the wage bit down. Who knows what he'd be paid but I guess he must realise it won't be anywhere near what he was on.

Bit like Sturridge in that he’s got the talent but not the legs.
Wouldn’t put all our chips on him but Welbeck in addition to Grant could work.

Awful record, probably marginally better than what we have, get the wages right and he probably improves us. Unless we have something up our sleeve I'd take him.
