Firstly why would Albion tell anyone what they are willing to spend other than to give out a number that is very low so people don't inflate their prices.

Secondly, for those already moaning about not taking the Prem seriously then you're deluded. Taking the Prem seriously can be done like Sheff U or Burnley over the last 5yrs £60m total spent, Soton just £20m over 5years. Or you could do a Villa, Brighton, Bournemouth, West Ham and spend nearly £200m and just be as shit.

It's not about how much you spend at our level it's what you spend it on and how you manage those players. Simples. If we spend £35m and not go mad on wages that will do for me. No Old has beens on big numbers like Austin please
