100% correct decision for shirt pulling (as the ref gestured when awarding the pen) but jeez it took a long time to be awarded.

I thought I saw the ref point to his earpiece too which possibly suggests the linesman had a word.

TBF, I'd sooner they take a couple of seconds and get the right decision.

I think Dara would have headed in had he not been pulled back.

At a minimum he would have gotten a head on it and had a good chance. That's exactly what a pen should be used for.
