Not sure if this is any help, but we found Jet2 to quite good regarding refunds.
We had flights booked to Lisbon in May and obviously they got cancelled, but Jet2 offered us the chance to amend the flights to a later date or if not a refund.
We didn't rebook the flights as the flight times had changed. They automatically refunded the flight money with no hassle.
Now this isn't a package holiday, just flights, but Jet2 do seem one of the better companies to deal with.

As I said here before, we have a wedding in Spain, in August, which is still going ahead. We are just astonished how thoughtless the bride and groom are putting pressure on people at a time like this..
We've been hit financially and just won't attend even though it's family.
