Bilic wants to play one up front then four strikers is going to be our maximum. We're simply not in a position to hoard three/four players for every position.

I think he initially said he wanted two up top, but it seems that has changed

I think Austin/Zahore will get lots of goals provided the wingers get the crosses in. It's the service to strikers which makes them good or bad. There's too much tippy-tappying about round the edge of the box these days. Get the wingers past the full backs and slinging crosses in. (Jumpers for goalposts)

The pleasing thing for me is we've not used loads of loans this time and brought down the average age of the squad. I'll wait to see if they're any good before I get overly excited (let's not forget how all excited we were after the transfer windows in the last 2 summers), but it's promising.
