It’s got a nice atmosphere to it. Only been there a couple of times at night but the customers range from young to mid-50s which I tend to think is one of the signs of a good pub. A little bit pricey in comparison to other Leek pubs.

Saus - I’ve never been to Keele, other than for a wedding. I wasn’t clever enough.

And I wouldn't wish anything like what he's witnessed upon child.

Stoke's not that bad is it Saus?

DK's yer man for the inside knowledge on the Stoke area.

But the last time I was in Burslem and Hanley, a nuclear bomb would have improved places.

Went for an all-dayer in Burslem a month ago. It was a Saturday. There was no one else there. If you ever find yourself there by mistake though, it does have an excellent curry house - India Cottage.

Hanley used to be a small but perfectly fine city centre. Slowly but surely though it's becoming chav central. It does have a very nice area full of modern restaurants attached to the shopping centre.

Leek's yer place for an all round good food and beer experience.

You'll thank me for all this info one day.

Is Keele any good for some nosh these days?

Played golf at Wychwood Park the other week. Pretty sure there are some decent eateries around there

Wow just listened to Glen Johnson on Talkshite

"If I was a manager I wouldn't play him if he payed me to play"

“He had the wrong mentality, the wrong attitude from day one.” ?

“He was always going against the grain. It was like he had a vendetta.”

“It was every day. I didn’t like him.” ?

really lays into him through the whole piece!

With a golden handshake of £2.4 million I wouldn't of expected his attitude to have changed one bit.
Cartwheels across the car park comes to mind.

Hard to imagine Harry Kane was his strike partner for the England under 21's a couple of years ago.
Kane takes a right turn Saido take a left turn.

If he’s wise and invests in real estate and shares he will be fine. He could comfortably live a decent life
