He only moved to Austin FC a few weeks ago from Minnesota - not sure how that would work!

Yeh sounds like it could be a US journalist 2+2=5 given ER appointment

Would also say LWB should be well down our priority list - RWB/CM/Winger certainly should be higher

Yeah, probably bollocks.

Whilst, perhaps rightly, we think we need a right side player. Most of our assists this year have come from the right hand side of the pitch.

(I think by looking at our assists and where those players played during though games, haven't checked subs etc though.).

I think this mainly cause MJ has moved out there out of necessity and to good effect, but I still think he's best from the left (ISH) side. If we can get a flying, pacy LWB type with MJ cutting in, it could be ruthless. Then we need to find a solid and progressive solution on that right side.

In fairness Lurker, we may well be able to use SIJ there - as I still would rather keep Styles at LWB - and any additional wide player just pushes Bostock further down the pecking order, and his fearlessness is something we sorely miss. We also have Wallace available again.

It also offers the opportunity for us to be able to double up with MJ / SIJ on the left side if we need to push for a goal.

We do need a pacy forward option depserately now, even more so with Grant's injury. Should anything happen to Heggebo, we are fucked, so striker/forward cover is crucial IMO given neither Dike nor Maja is going to do 90 minutes, let alone twice a week at high press.

If the Palace lad comes off and we can get a forward in, then we should have enough to get over the line this year.

We need a creative midfielder desperately as collyer went back and Bany still injured. It showed last week when we had no midfield options. It’s a must position. We still have Hegabo, Maja and Dike up front yes at present not great options but better than our midfield ones.
When Mowatt is injured we have no creativity at all.

Could have copy and pasted this from 3 years ago mate, seems like it has ever been thus!

We need to be creative over the next few days - we need to find away of getting ideally 1/2 out to free up funds for 2 players which we are desperately in need of. A midfielder we know is needed plus now a wide man to cover Grant, the squad is way too weak other wise.

With a new RWB and Williams fit we need to try and move a defender out - either Taylor back to Saints or Gilchrist out on loan somewhere to save funds. Really hope we are trying to get Wildsmith gone with MOL coming in
