It’s no wonder his supporters have deserted the board.

I quite enjoyed the lockdown could have been avoided if the Tories had been competent and proactive in trying to stop the spread in the first place and people had common sense not to act like idiots and go to events that precipitated the spread.

But someone really just had to go to Cheltenham.

I’m old enough to remember saying we should have acted quicker and getting criticised on here for it by the usual fwee speech, Libertarians (not hindsight). Who knows as well as avoiding unnecessary deaths, lockdowns may not have been needed like they were if Johnson and co hadn’t been so immature.

Italy locking down should have been our cue to do likewise. Instead we were reporting on the singing from the balconies.

Never could there have been a more chronic juncture than having Clown Prince Boris at the helm when it arrived

Still, least worst n all that.

Cheltenham was ludicrous.

23,000/97 = 237.1 Hillsborough disasters.

Yet yesterday, the front page of the Telegraph had some piece by Isabel Oakeshott about how destructive lock-down was (apparently the report is a giant nothingburger); the Daily Mail mentioned something about how covid had a major impact on children and even the Times had a minor report about Boris.

If this doesn't demonstrate what is wrong with this country then I don't know what does. Cummings and Boris - the architects of Brexit, responsible for the deaths of thousands of people - and people say Blair should be in the slammer! These people are responsible for the early deaths of British people. They should be in prison.

There are still people who think Boris should get a free pass because he was hospitalised by it, and worse still, some think he was a great PM that could be the saviour of the Tories.

It's maddening that these people's votes matter as much as sane folk!

I think there a much fewer that think that, now. History will not remember Boris kindly.

Tbh there were several banned and flounced Libertarian and Tory types on here that echo the Daily Mail and Oakeshott opinion. You should have seen them throw their toys out the pram when they were asked to wear a mask to protect others!
