Starting from tomorrow got a full week of watching Tom Smith from Editors touring round Northern England playing a mixture of small village halls and churches along with a Gene reunion gig in Sheffield fitted in on one of Tom’s nights off.

Thanks for the Gene tour heads up, I'd missed they'd added dates. Just nabbed 2 for Nottingham.

Beta Band on Tuesday. Not seen them since around 2000. So chuffed they have reformed.

Will do, they were quality 20 odd years ago. Remember all four members playing their individual drum kits at one point which was excellent.

Expecting it to be the baldest gig I’ve ever been to. Thousands of hairless 6Music Dads stroking their chins in unison.

Gotta say Oasis were pretty damn good on Saturday. Whole tour has been one massive cash grab but the actual performances have been great.
