Must be a stats based one. Not particularly prolific at tier 5 and 6. 25, so not a kid.
BTA came surprisingly from lower leagues so I'm not surprised we are casting our Recruitment Department net as such.

Based on these stats I can comfortably say he’s a better goalkeeper than Wildsmith.

Kyprianou signs for Watford on a free from Peterborough. Not sure the position we need to fill right now but certainly the sort of profile we should be looking at. Couple of good young players at Posh who I fancy could make the step up - Poku and Mothersile I would expect both to be playing in the Championship in the next 12 months, Poku will move this summer (heavily linked with Blues).

Poku would be an excellent addition, he will have offers from most Championship clubs. We'd do very well to sign him IMO.

20 days before the window opens.
We need someone who can make a decision urgently.

Isn't it the club that identifies and brings in players? The manager/head coach these days is just told to get on with managing/head coaching these players.

Sorry Remi but the transfer window opens on Sunday 1st in 4 days days time then it closes on the 10th for the stupid club World Cup for 6 days, then reopens on the 16th until 1st Sept.
I agree though we nee someone in place so players we wish to sign at least know who the manager is.

Yep that s is how we do it now, and for me it's not working that well at all. Heggem stands out, Styles is alright, but Frabotta and Cole show what a waste of time leaving it to people who don't deal with the playing side
For me a manager should have a big day on who we sign.

Nestor discussed this in his last interview.
Him, Pearce and the HC all sit and decide on new arrivals. The HC just doesn't get some sort of over ruling vote. Neither should they. As the average lifespan of a HC is less than 2 seasons. Where a players contract is often 3/4 minimum.
