NFL 2025 season
3 and out on the first drive. Not an ideal start.

Should have stayed in bed. 14 possessions, 11 punts, 2 field goals. Neither team has got into the Red Zone. 3-3 at the half. Game has been played in torrential rain, which appears to have stopped now so both Offenses will hope for a much better 2nd half.

That's that, the first time in franchise history we've lost a game where the opposition hasn't scored a TD.

Injuries are a big problem, but may be time to move Shanahan on.

That SB window has slammed shut. Looks like the locker room is in ruins too.

Watch them beat my Lions again though…

The one time the defence steps up the plate, Purdy and Samuel in particular decide to have shockers

Season over, a lot of hard luck stories but massively under performed

KS on this ice but I think they'll stick with him

For those that are interest there is a v good documentary on Netflix about college football's Michigan Wolverines and the "sign stealing" scandal. You basically have to decide whether they were cheating or the allegations are simply the other teams being jealous of their success.

Can’t wait for Bills v Lions later.

Should be a cracker.

The shoot out it promised to be. Losing by one score with Josh Allen playing like that and virtually all our D-line & CBs on IR or in the locker room is result I'll take.

A Lions Bills SB would be epic - particularly if both teams are healthy. Unfortunately I doubt the Lions can make a deep run with such a busted up D.

I stayed up for Packers v Seahawks. Packers started at a canter but Seahawks briefly looked like they might make a game of it early in second half but then their QB got injured and that was that. Almost certainly going to see 3 from the NFC North in the post-season now.

Falcons at Raiders tonight, far too late for me at 1.30 in the morning. I'm hoping this is where we get our usual season of mediocrity back on track! Big Grin
