It’s become almost populist to hate Trump. Most people don’t even know why they do, they just do, because everyone else does. A little like Putin, Jong-un etc. and that’s all OK, these guys are bastards, but it’s all getting a little bit ‘Hate Week’. And he - and his support - play upon this like a flute.
